Barbara S. Barbara S. Accetta also provides advice on all type of charitable gift giving options. Charitable gifting may be done during lifetime and/or upon death. The charitable gift planning may include outright bequests, the creation of charitable remainder trusts, and/or the creation of charitable private foundations. The firm can assist clients in the calculation of the tax benefits of these types of gifts. The firm also prepares the necessary documentation to implement these charitable bequests.
